Theatre Honor Society - All new applicants and present member updates must turn in their forms by Tuesday, May 6 to Ms. Jaffe, rom 101. You can pick up the forms at the Drama room or download from the THS page. This will be your last opportunity to apply until September 08.

Spring Shorts!
Tonight and tomorrow night, come see the Student Directed One Act Plays. 7pm, tickets are $5 at the door. The program is short, approximately 90 minutes.

Congratulations to our drama students who performed in "Silly Saxons", to commemorate April Fool's Day. The program was made up of skits from Saturday Night Live, Mad TV and Monty Python. The performance was for LHS students. The actors were great and the audience was too. Fun was had by all.

The Rimers of Eldritch - See it tonight!
Performances now through Saturday, March 8. 7:30pm, tickets are $8 in advance, $10 at the door. Tickets are on sale in the cafeteria during lunch. Given the mature subject matter, this production is recommended for ages 13 and up. For more information on the play go here

There will be a short info meeting for the Spring Play on Monday, January 7 at 2:30 in the auditorium. The name of the play will be announced and students will be able to sign up for an audition day and time.
Auditions for the Spring Play will be Tuesday, January 8 and Wednesday January 9. Callbacks will be Thursday & Friday, January 10-12.

The Theatre Honor Society is sponsoring a Coat Drive in conjunction with the Salvation Army. Please bring coats of any size to the main office or your first or second period class now through Dec. 21.

Auditions for the Theatre Honor Society's (THS) production of "A Christmas Carol" will take place on Thursday, October 25 from 2:15-4:00pm in rm 101. No preparation needed. For further details go to the THS page
Plans for the Disney cruise have been changed to Disneyworld in Orlando, dates are January 18-21, 2008. Go here for details.

Congratulations to our Cast_and Crew for Urinetown. Performance dates are November 15-17.
Our VTA cast has been decided. Participating are: Katherine Allen, Roman Voytko Barrosse, Emily Bress, Caitlin Bruner, Sam Faktorow, Haydn Haring, Jack Marsh, Sharlen Smith, Peter Wiese, and Maddie Wise. Our performance date is October 27 in Richmond, VA.
The Theatre Honor Society has elected our Executive Officers for 2007-2008 : Katherine Allen, Haydn Haring, Jack Marsh, Peter Wiese and Maddie Wise.
They are coordinating a Thespian Production of "A Christmas Carol" in December. As a community service the "price" of admission will be a new toy to be donated to "Toys for Tots".

We have a change in the audition schedule. Callbacks for girls will finish up this Friday, September 21, 2:15-4:45ish. Guys callbacks will go Thursday, September 20, 2:15-4:45.

Our musical this year is "Urinetown". Auditions are next week, Mon-Friday, Sept. 17-22. No preparation is needed. Just show up at the auditorium on Monday at 3:00.
